I am so happy to have found Hobby House Needleworks! Kathy put together a wonderful kit for me as well as answering my many questions. I haven't cross stitched since the 70's and boy have things changed! Even though I'm over 500 miles away, I can shop online and know that she's taking perfect care of me. She's got my wish list of patterns and will be making more kits for me. They will keep me in linen, thread, and patterns for quite some time.

A newer world-class needlework store (mostly cross-stitch and applique) in a quaint village on the Erie Canal. Carries the best hand-dyed linens, Evenweaves, silks, and cotton flosses. Carries an impressive selection of charts and kits. The store is a must-see with beautiful shop models to ogle at. Their online store is becoming very well known and has tons of positive feedback in cross-stitch groups around the country. Store exclusives and events from top cross-stitch artists.

Friendly staff, very helpful with offering suggestions if asked. My fabrics were pressed,bagged with a label describing count,fabric,and project intended. A large selection of fabrics,charts and threads. Best shop I have ever been to!

I often use Hobby House Needleworks, when ordering my cross stitch supplies online. The shop is stocked with everything I need. And, the manner in which they wrap their linens and threads feels like Christmas every time! I appreciate the shop's quick turnaround on shipments and attention to detail.
